With his expertise, and a passion for bringing his creativity and innovation in the culinary space to the comfort of people’s homes, Paul established Evergray Culinary.

  • A fine-dining experience from your home

    Immerse yourself in a bespoke dining experience meticulously crafted to celebrate any memorable occasion. Our offerings encompass personalized menus, masterfully paired wines, and artisanal cocktails, ideal for hosting intimate sit-down dinner parties with 4 to 10 guests, complete with provided tableware and glassware, or larger tasting events, accommodating up to 40 guests.

    Sit-down dinners for groups of 4 to 10 guests start at $195 per person and can be customized based on your menu selections. Please note that beverage costs are not included. Our 18% service charge covers the provision of meticulously curated dinnerware for a beautiful presentation, meal preparation, day-of-event setup and cleanup, and exceptional customer service.

  • Hospitality and culinary consultation

    We offer comprehensive consultation services covering all facets of your restaurant, bar, or catering operation. Our expertise spans business planning, menu and recipe book development, training for both front and back-of-the-house staff, and the design of efficient kitchen and operational workflows.
